Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify.
- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
